My notification emails are going to a wrong address

    When my team submits their weekly updates, the emails are going to the wrong address. I checked my notifiers and they have my address, but the master email on our account received two of the last four emails from last week and I'm not sure why.

    Please try removing the recipient email and enter it again.

    Since you are a sub-user, when the notification is created the email might go to the form owner by default. If this is the case, ask the form owner to add your email address in the notification instead of his email.
