I added fields last week to my iSqFT form last week....I just submitted a completed form and the filed are there to fill in, but when I get a copy of the completed form my information with the new fields isn't carrying over.

That's because some of the field tags are not updated or the new tags aren't added on the email notification. This happens when you modify the default email template.
The easiest way to fix that is to recreate your email notification. Delete the existing notification and create a new one.
