Why is the payment area of my form not showing up?

I have chosen to integrate Stripe into my Jotform order form, however when I embed the form onto my Squarespace site, the payment area doesn't show up. The customer information area shows up but not the payment/item selection area. There is no conditional logic or anything so I'm not sure why it's disappearing
