    Hi.

    I would like to have a Lightbox open using an existing button and button style that I use on my website. I have created the lightbox code and have pasted it into my HTML as follows:

        <script src="https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

          var JFL_33380115020134 = new JotformFeedback({

            formId: '33380115020134',

            base: 'https://form.jotform.com/',

            windowTitle: 'txt-book | iPhone Order Form',

            background: '#4e4e4e',

            fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

            type: 'false',

            height: 800,

            width: 800,

    });

        </script>

          <a class="btn btn-lg btn-default">Use Our iPhone Service</a>

    The button appears on my website correctly, but when the button is clicked, the lightbox does not open.

    Please help!

    Based on what you have mentioned it seems that you are experiencing issues with conflict on your website.

    What I would suggest is to add <script type="text/javascript">$.noConflict();</script> right before the lightbox code. that should protect it from the conflicting codes and allow it to work.

    Do however test it out and let us know how it goes.

    Hi.

    This is what I have now.... and it still is not working. I cannot get the button to open the Lightbox. I am previewing the site in my browser. Does it need to be live to make it work? I'd prefer not to push it live until I have all the kinks worked out.

         <script type="text/javascript">$.noConflict();</script>

    });

        </script>

    Can you create a test page so that we can inspect the real code and determine the causes of the conflict?

    Please try instead:

    <script>
    $.noConflict();
    // Lightbox code here
    </script>

    Let us know if the problem persists.
