WELCOME PAGE REMAINS BLANK

Can you please tell us more about the thank you page not working issue?

Which form are you having this problem on?

Are you still having this issue?

Is this happening when the form is submitted or just when you are trying to edit it?

I checked this on a test on my end and it's working.
