Your form was created under a guest account which only has up to 2 SSL limits. You can register for a free acount in order to increase the limits on the form. Registered Free accounts can have up to 10 SSL submissions, 10 payment submissions and 100 regular submissions. Please note that when you reach the limits in any of the aforementioned quota (whichever comes first) your forms will be disabled.
