I see that your account is currently holding Premium subscription plan that can receive up to 1000 submissions in a month. Once the account reaches either of the limits, the forms shall be disabled and cannot receive any further submissions. If you need to receive any submissions during the same month, it is required to upgrade to a higher plan. Otherwise, you may wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
