Hello. I am having the same problem. I send the version which is complete and proper, but somehow the email I receive back after the form has been filled out has a previous version's questions.
I can't figure out what is happening. Any suggestions?

In this case, simply delete the current notification, and create a new one: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
The new notification will be updated with all your form fields. Let us know if you need more help.
