How do I get all of the options to appear in the email recipient response selection when trying to set the autoresponder?

    I am trying to set the email recipient for my autoresponder. For some reason (and I have tried multiple web browers--chrome and firefox; a mac and a pc), the options on the dropdown menu are incomplete. My form has more questions than appear as options in the dropdown for selection of recipient. I cannot get to the email address option. The form is called:

    "Site Visit Permission Form (generic)"

    Hi Jennifer,

    It seems that you have customized the Autoresponder email template of your form . Because of this, it is possible that the email template was no longer updated to the version of the form (number of fields on the form compared to the fields on the email).

    To correct this, you can manually modify the email template and add the missing fields to the message body by selecting them in the Fields dropdown list.




    Simply create a new Autoresponder E-mail to the form. The new autoresponder will automatically include all the fields of the form on the email template. You can delete the old autoresponder after.
