Hi I have created new form to get some order information..but filling part doesn't get auto mated email confirmation..Please advice how to get this corrected.

I checked the current setup of your autoresponder and it is setup to send to the value inputted in field: Tea Carton Colombo & Subs.
Please change the Recipient Email of your autoresponder to an email field and see if this will fix the issue.
