Notification email not showig correct feilds upon submission

    I have never see this happen in all of the years we've used JotForm. I attached a screenshot for your reference. Please let us know how to fix this asap!

    Did you clone the form from another? It seems that the email notification is having different fields than the fields on the form. Could you delete the existing notification from the form and add a new notification so that the current fields on the form should be displayed?
