Cannot submit submissions

    Hi there, 


    We are a Jotform premium account holder, but recently we cannot submit any of our forms successfully. This has been a serious issue for us. 


    For example, I just created a Jotfrom:


    But when I tried to submit a test submission, I got the screenshot as below (see attached screenshot):


    I have contacted Jotform several times but still didn't have the problem fixed. Could you please check the possible reasons causing the problem? Otherwise, we cannot use Jotform anymore as it has been very disturbing for us as we keep losing potential responses.




    This site can’t be reached unexpectedly closed the connection.

    Looks like that is related to your internet connection, I just submitted your form without an issue:

    Also, it could be due to any installed anti-virus program, or browsers settings. Can you please try Chrome in incognito mode? Try clearing browsers cache also.

    finally i found my fix

    everything is working back to normal
