On my form https://form.jotformeu.com/61272134862352 the user is uploading files to me and paying at the same time. The trouble I've found is that when there's a payment error, you have to re-upload all the files. Is there a way to maintain the files that have been already uploaded (and all other inputs), so all the user has to do is re-input their credit card details?
You can try adding an edit link to the email notification:
Like this if there is a problem with the payment you can send back the edit link to the user. Or if you want you can create an auto-responder email and the user will always have access to the edit link. More details on how to create email notifications and auto-responders here:
