I created my form and was asked to enter an email to receive notifications of submissions, so I entered the email I want them to go to and tested the form. I haven't received any notification by email after waiting about 15 minutes.

Have you checked your spam folder? You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender:
