Infinite List widget not requiring ALL fields to be filled when 'REQUIRED' is set to 'ON'

I refer to field #input_146 as an example from my current working form. There are 8 instance of this field.

I ham asking for both fields - the 'medication and exact dosage' as well as 'time to be given' to be completed.

However, the 'REQUIRED' condition allows the user to fill in only one of the 2 fields.

I would like the 'REQUIRED' to mean that both fields must be completed.

To make both fields required, just add an asterisk symbol * before the field type on the config list widget settings.
