I received a notice that I'm just using a guest account and that submissions are disabled after two tries. I thought I had registerd for the free account. Is this the same as the guest account? Thanks

Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions while Free are limited to 100 submissions.
You already have a Free account (dunzel) as the username. If you happen to forget the password, just click on the 'forgot password' button on the bottom right of jotform homepage.

To create a free account such that you enjoy more form submission, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:
Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account.
You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:
Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.
