    Hi

    Please refer to this form

    https://form.jotform.com/61237595473968

I would like to have my conditions set up so that if a field is nominated as "N/A" on a radio selection it will input "N/A" on a specific field. The fields also tiers down to a level for example below.

If field 5.3 FLOORS are nominated as "N/A" 5.3.1 Concrete slabs on ground and 5.3.2 Elevated floors should be "N/A" as well.

If field 5.5 EXTERNAL GLAZED ELEMENTS AND ASSEMBLIES AND EXTERNAL DOORS are nominated as "N/A" 5.5.1 to 5.5.5 should be "N/A" as well. Down the line, if 5.5.5 nominated as "N/A" Panel Lift and Roller Doors and Options selected should be "N/A" as well. If Roller Doors is N/A then options selected should "N/A".

    Can this be done?

I have made a clone version of your form and inspected it. I found out that the conditions set on your form are actually perfect. The reason why you're not receiving the data "N/A" in your submission data is because it is being cleared during submission.

There is an option on the form builder under Preferences called, "Clear Hidden Field Values". And by default, it is set to "Clear on submit". I would suggest you change it to "Don't Clear" and that should give you what you're trying to achieve.
