our account has been suspended and we need your help

    our account has been suspended and we only just started using it. i have checked your FAQ 


    and this is what is says

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.


    please explain we are a REGISTERED TRAINING ORGANIZATION and always work to acheive high standards, Also we need this form back up asap please help us as soon as you can as this is a huge issue for us at our end.

    I checked your account and indeed it was automatically suspended. I checked your forms and I found nothing suspicious in your form. I have activated your account again. Your forms are now accessible.
