I am not recieving emails from JotForm

    I am having problems logging into my account   Username: SBTIZA Email application@softstartbti.co.za, I tried resetting the password but I am not receiving any emails from jotform. I am able to receive mail from any other sender its just jotform that is unable to send.


    Your speedy assistance will be highly appreciated

    Your email is in the bounce list. It is the reason why you are not getting emails from JotForm. 

    I have remove your email from the bounce list. I request for a password reset email on your behalf. 

    Based on the reason why it is in the bounce list is that your email does not exist. Can you please check if the spelling is correct.
