Quite often the ‘save’ button seems to get stuck ‘saving’ which forces me to leave the doc and lose changes. Very frustrating and is doubling our work time.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Our developers are aware of this problem and they are doing their best to resolve it. It seems like a replication issue on our servers in EU. We will update you on this thread as soon as the problem has been resolved. Apologies.
