How can I add pages to a pdf submission for printing?

    Is it possible to have the form only have page numbers when printing the PDF that comes in?

    Do you mean you want to show page numbers shown in the pdf submission?

    You can create that using our Customize PDF option found in the Submission Viewer via the PDF button at the very top of the page.
