    Would it be possible to customize the form i.e, adjust blank space between each form tools?

    Asked by teerawee on March 11, 2012 at 04:47 AM

    I have a question regarding the form. Hope you could help a little.

    Would it be possible to customize the form i.e, adjust some blank space between each form tools?

    for example, if we have two text boxes in one line, could we make it closer to each other, maybe using xhtml/css?

    And likewise for the ones above and below to each other.

    And in some cases, each form tool has a little too much space between text (header, options etc) and its own  input area, too.

    It's just sometimes the standard space given doesn't fit perfectly for the design.

    If it can be customized, could you explain a bit how to do so?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Hello

    Yes this can be done. as follows;

    1. Click on "Setup & Share" toolbar tab
    2. Click on "Preferences"
    3. Change "Question Spacing" from "10" to something smaller. It is the space between questions in "pixels".

    You can also inject the CSS Codes using this guide on the link'; http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Lets us know if you managed to be assisted.

    Hi there,

    You can also inject this css code to your form to make form fields more closer to each other, so they look more sweet :)

    .form-line {

    padding: 1px;

    }
