Jot form enquiries received are not able to be replied to

    Can you please check our contact form and jot form account for us.  When we receive an enquiry through our contact form and reply to it (as we usually do)  we are now finding that the replies are bounced back to us.  Is this a jot form fault?  Thank you.

    I believe it's not Jotforms fault. That would happen if the email address entered by the user is not correct or invalid.

    Can you please try to change Sender E-mail on your Form Notification to and also change the Reply to E-mail to E-mail.
