    Unable to locate the existing forms

    I am using Free account. I am unable to locate my existing forms. Please review it what is the problem. This is not the forms which I created.

    Upon checking, I found that you have two accounts associated with your email address fouzia@thegenielab.com:

    Username "TGL" - Has 3 forms

    Username "siccups" - 1 form:

    Please sign in to your Jotform account with your username and you should be able to see your forms.

    Hi ashwin,

    Thank You for your reply.

    The way I logged in is actually incorrect. It allowed me to logged in using my email address with the password of my account. After logging in it is showing me some in correct forms. May be I am wrong in it but in this way it is kind of confusing.

    Also I was unable to recover my password as when I was using forgot password form I was using email address.

    Well, it is resolved now.

    You are correct. Since you have 2 accounts with the same email address, you need to login using the username and not the email address.
