I checked our records and there are indeed multiple subscriptions for your accounts. It looks like when you tried switching between subscriptions, new subscriptions were creating instead of switching.
I have sent a request to cancel the duplicates and refund the duplicate $19.00 and $39.00 payments. You should receive a refund for both in the next 5-7 business days.
