Form email notification issue.

    We are experiencing problems with the email forwarding of submitted forms. The form is on and the information is captured correctly. However, the notification is not going through for and

    Can you please look into why this is happening?

    I checked the mail logs and it appears that the email notifications failed to send to and no email was ever sent to However, both email address doesn't seem to be in the bounce list so you should be receiving the email notifications successfully.

    I see that you have three email recipients under one notification. To resolve the issue, can you please try creating a separate notification for each email recipient instead? That way, you will have three notifications for the three address.
