Getting error "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed..."Asked by sporticups on May 10, 2016 at 07:45 PM
I set up my website and hooked up my forms. They were working perfectly fine the other day and now today I'm seeing this error: "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."I'm not sure what's wrong here but the thank you message is still there when I preview my form. Thanks!
Upon checking your form, I found that you have set the "Unique Submission" as "Check cookies and IP". Please check the screenshot below:
When unique submission is enabled, it will only allow one submission per IP and system. That is the reason why you see this error message. Please disable the "Unique Submissions" preference of your form by setting it as "No Check" and that should solve your problem.
