is there an option for checkboxing a "send form data to myself" so that customers using the form can get a copy of what they actually sent?
this is very helpfull especially when people realise that they typed in the wrong email address later on.
i stumbled upon this example:
also could you guys further add the option of letting the users entering a field if the dropdown is used and they click on a field called "other".
this is good for finding out exactly how they found out about my site.
thanks, you guys are wonderfully helpful!

That's all possible with JotForm. I have cloned your form and added some changes base on your question, please clone this back to be able to view this changes:
Here's what I did.
Added Other Text box field.
Added Send me a copy of this E-mail checkbox field.
I've also added Autoresponder for the "Send me a copy of this E-mail" field.
Added two Conditions for Autoresponder and Other option. To view this conditions just go to (Setup & Embed tab > Conditions > Saved Conditions)
Please clone and test this form and let us know here if this helps. If you also have further questions, just message us here. Thanks.

but is it possible for me to import this over my old form without losing the existing data that has already accumulated?
and a different question - is it possible for JForm to verify whether the visitor sending their enquiry has come from a paid google ad or organic google search?

Unfortunately, you can not import it to your existing form but I can edit your form just the same as mine. May I know your form URL so I could proceed with this changes?
I'm not quite sure if I got your question right, but you can take a look at this guide if this is what you are referring to: http://www.jotform.com/help/95-How-to-Know-The-Exact-URL-Of-a-Page-Where-a-Form-Submission-Is-Made
I'll be looking forward to your response. Thanks.

(this one is more important cause its in my native german language - "other" is "andere" at the bottom of the dropdown)
thanks so much buddy!
what i meant was: is there a way to find out which site or search engine referred visitor who fills out the form?
i know theres google analytics. but they dont differentiate between the successfull leads. they only summarize where ALL the traffic came from. i d like to ONLY know where the people came from, who made a "conversion" by entering info into the jotform.

For this feature, you can create an extra question field to be answered by those submitting forms to you on the source/how they found out about your website/organization.
Hope this can help.

Done. Just kindly open that form on the form builder and resave it by clicking the save button once to make it sure that everything would work fine. I have also tested it and everything is working as expected, can you also test the new edited form? Thanks.
With regards to your other concern, sorry but we do not have direct solution for that. I couldn't think any possible solution, perhaps someone from our support team can give a suggestion.
