    Autoresponder does not get the field value

    Hi there

    My form is working great except the auto response which emails people telling them which sessions they booked for only appears to be working for Session 2 and being blank for Sessions 1, 2 and 3.

    You have registered for the following sessions...

    Session 1: 10.10am-11.00am:  {session112}
    Session 2: 11.30am-12.20pm:  {session213}
    Session 3: 1.30pm-2.20pm:  {session3}
    Session 4: 2.25pm-3.15pm: {session4}

     

    Is only returning:

     

    Session 1: 10.10am-11.00am:  
    Session 2: 11.30am-12.20pm:  History (A-Level) (Location: G07)
    Session 3: 1.30pm-2.20pm:  
    Session 4: 2.25pm-3.15pm: 

     

    Please help!

    I did a test submission on your form and it seems that the auto responder is working fine. The session that I chose was displayed on the auto responder as shown below.

     

    Can you try to test submit your form and see if the auto responder is working on your end?

    Hi Christian

    I've just tried it two more times afraid and the problem has persisted.  Tried it going to Outlook and Gmail in case that was an issue. Just tried it a third time using the responses you gave. REALLY STRANGE and annoying! haha. 

    Any ideas why?

    The selected data are there in the form submissions page. I've fixed something in the autoresponder email, the text color and re-adding the field names. Can you check again?
