My forms says disabled, I am not sure why.

    Every time I clock on view form it says disabled. Please help. Thanks

    It seems like your account was autosuspended by our anti-Phishing system. Our developers have updated its algorithm so it might sometimes cause a false positive assessment on clean forms.
