I've been using your service almost a week now.
Unfortunately, the notification sent to my email contain firstname.lastname@example.org,
which is when I push reply button in my email, it has 'email@example.com'
in the recepient email. I want it to be the sender's email.
For now, I have to manually copy and paste the sender's email to the recepient field in Gmail.
It is very tiring since I got a lot of email everyday.

You can actually set the 'Senders Email'.
Select the Email Alert that you wish to edit.
Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings" button on the lower right.
The "from" field consists of two elements: Sender Name and Sender E-mail:
Click finish after making changes.
