We had a member of our organization fill out a membership directory form on Thursday March 8. He put in all his info and pressed the submit button. A "Please wait..." message came up on the screen and then went away, as if the form had posted. But it never showed up in our submitted forms list. Help?

As I've check your account and tested your form, it's working properly. Maybe the applicant didn't complete the submission or maybe networking problem.
