We have a club that uses our forms for club membership, event registrations, event reoprting. We would like many of our executive to be able to review and see the submissions but we want the ability to limit who can edit our forms to eliminate possible mistakes. Is this possible if so how do we do it?

Could you please give us a bit more details?
In general, you would give access to the forms for editing to only few people, while you would show the data that you gather over the same in a report or in some other manner.
Based on what you have mentioned it seems that you are using the forms to get the data and to show the same as well, do let us know if that is not correct and do give us a bit more details on how you are using the same to be able to properly assist with the same.

Yes, we just needed to create a sub-account with view only permissions for the form submissions.
Thanks for your help!
