I'm not able to log on to our jotform account. It does not recognize the username...but it's the same username we've always used...? Why the confusion all of a sudden?
Please advise how i can reset my username and password.

As I check your email address in our records, I'm not able to find any accounts registered with it. However, I see that there is a contact form on your website which is built using JotForm. As I searched the form from your webpage I see that the account ParkABike is registered using email@example.com email address. Are you referring to this account? If so, you may login to this account by using the account username or email address. If you do not have the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen.
If you are referring to a different account, please let us know the form ID that you have created in that account so that we'll try to locate the account for you.
