How to best set up jotform so that when I receive a submission via email it easily transcribes into address book (mac)?

    Hello Kristin;

    I will try to assist you where possible on your issue, to get reply reports in  excel format follow the following steps;

    1.  Go to My Forms
    2.  Click on the name of the particular form
    3.  Click the Submissions button to go to the submissions page
    4.  Set a custom time frame for the submissions, preferably monthly or weekly

    5.  Click Export as Excel or CSV then save the file to your computer
