I have checked using both email address you provided and I only found an account related to this email address: email@example.com.
The username of that account is VistaCamp and the account was created today. I have found another account that seems it is related to you and the account username is pamholder and the email address used there is like the one below:
I have found any email sent with password reset instructions to the email you provided firstname.lastname@example.org, I can see that the requests were sent to the email of the second account I provided, to the email address related to this account pamholder.
I would suggest you to check the inbox of that email address, emails should be there, please try again and let us know if you receive the email.
