Jotform App: Donation App Inquiry

Secondly, I want to ask that I have attached two forms with the donation app will these forms will cover the basis I am looking to add.i have two forms the form is about basic information.

Thanks for getting back to us. Adding an image to your app is easy using our Image Slider just like on the website that you provided. Let me show you how to use Image Slider:

• In App Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page. 
• Scroll down and click on Image Slider or drag and drop it to your app.
• Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the window that opens up to open the Image Slider Properties.
• Now, click on Choose Images and upload images to your app.

As for your question about a tick box to ask donors to join the mailing list, instead of a tick box you can add a Button element for your 'Join Our Mailing Now' form. Let me show you how:

• Open your app in App Builder and click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Scroll down the list and click on the Button element or drag and drop it to your app.
• Click on the the Gear icon on the right side of the Button field. 
• In the Button Properties window that opens up, choose Open Form, select your 'Join Our Mailing Now' form, and set it the way you want it to.

As for your other question. I've noticed that you've already added a heart icon to your Recurring Interval options. Please know that Every time someone donates in the app, they will see the Thank-you page and will receive a Notification email. As for your question about covering processing fees, this is only possible if we use our Payment integration with a User-defined amount Payment type in a form.
