Edit email notification "Email me form" text

Hi,

This is the form 60705884010349

With regards to receiving my forms via Email i have noticed that i need to edit the text shown below in orange.

Please can you advise where in the form i need to go to make the edit.

Please select emails (1) > select the email notification > edit (2):

Now place the mouse's cursor on the Email Me Form and either edit it or click the X icon to remove that line:

Then click Save.
