Registration form won't load

    I use two JotForms on a website, one of them loads perfectly, but another one appears as:

    504 Gateway Time-outnginx/0.8.55

    Any suggestions?

    Hello;

    This would be due to high network traffic, During high traffic hours usually from 9am EST to 5pm EST the submission/reports/loading may be affected.

    Kindly try loading it again and give us feedback. Also do send us the URL for your form to try and see whether can access it.

    I got the same problem with my form: http://www.nederlandfietsland.nl/Pechhulp-abonnement

    @ Mathew: is common that the form's are not working during office ours, because of high traffic?

    Leon,

    Found a solution myself. If you embed your form using iframe, change the link from http://form.jotform.com/form/ into http://www.joftformeu.com/form/

    For example, if your form doesn't work under this code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/0000" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:588px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe> Change it into:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/0000" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe> Non-sense about the "high network traffic". Found similar recent posts in the forum.

    As suggested, once you got the source for iframe method like this
    Please update the link to 'http://www.jotformeu.com'
