    Good Day,

Received the email below and realized that I have accidentally placed a form ion a incorrect sub account which has gone beyond the limit of submissions, how do I move it under our paid corporate account?

    Regards.

    Dear cfappreciation,

We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has almost reached 100 submissions per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

The account you are currently using that has a username cfappreciation has reached it's limit. You can check your current usage here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

The account username CFMWS has shared forms to you, basically you are a sub account user of that account. To transfer ownership of the form and its data, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-Transfer-or-Share-Forms-and-Data-with-Another-Account. I believe Option #3 is applicable in your end, if not, then let us know the forms you wish to transfer from your account to the target account.

Please do note that after the forms are transferred, the custom URL that they are currently using will NOT work anymore. This is because custom URLs on your forms uses the old username and won't be applicable if it has been moved to a new account. Here's a guide about the custom URL on forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form. If you are not using it, then you do not need to worry anything.

    Here's an example:

    Here's my custom URL: https://form.jotform.com/Charlie/TestCustomURL1

Here's the default URL of that form: https://form.jotform.com/61102494022947

Noticed that my custom URL has my username "Charlie". If that form is moved, then that custom URL won't be valid anymore. However, the default URL will NOT be affected even after transferring it to another account because form IDs don't change.

    I hope that helps.
