    Why my account went over quota?

    The Philadelphia Fire Dept, has a jot form account under Richard McEwen and when attempting to submit a new employment form it informs us that we are going over the quota. I have included a screenshot of the error and the link where the form is located. What is the easiest way to fix this issue?     The error is related to the limits that you've set in the form preferences. It seems that you've figured that out already. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    I have checked our records and found out that you've upgraded the account to the Silver Yearly Plan. The account has an active Economy Yearly subscription so the Silver upgrade is not necessary. The Economy plan is set to renew on May 21, 2016. To avoid multiple payments, I have canceled and refunded the Silver payment and set back your account to the Economy Plan.

    The Economy is the old name of the Silver Plan and the price is pretty lower than the current price. The economy plan is grandfathered to the account, meaning, the price of 199.95 USD per year will remain the same for as long as you keep it for the account.

    If you need to change the card on file, let us know and we'll send you the instructions on how to do it.

    For some reason it was showing us as having the Free account and that we only had 100 submissions. It would not allow us to have more submissions so now with the refund will we have the added functionalities?

    No what I meant is that this morning no one was able to submit an application because we had reached our quota. We thought this to be impossible since we pay for 10,000 submissions a month. When I logged in to check the settings it appeared as though we had a free account only with 100 submissions. So we went ahead and upgraded to discover that we had the necessary account already. So my question is why would our account type get changed so suddenly?

    Our apologies. Checking the previous thread(s) of the account, I've found out that my colleague has manually linked the subscription because our system has failed to apply it automatically:

    I think the account was set back to the free plan because of the same reason - the system detected that the account has no updated payment. 

    Anyways, I've already corrected this to our end. If this happens again, let us know so we can inform our developers and then ask them to check what really happen.

    Hello Derek,

    The invoice will be generated only after the payment is successful. Once the payment is successful, you should be able to download the invoice from your account. The following guide should help you how to download invoice:  https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
