    hi,

    Please try this solution.
Re-embed the form using iframe method like this
Then update the link of URL to 'http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20653356248354'
That is change 'form' to 'www'

Should you need further assistance, please contact us.

Hey the iframe didnt work, but I managed to change the form to www, this seemed to help. Is this a common problem, that my form might experience downtime?

    Hi,

Can you please try to use this embed method:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20653356248354"></script>

    Hope this will help.

    Hi,

May I know which part of the iframe method did not work? It is the method to get the souce code for Iframe embeding.

Unfortunately I could not answer you yet why the 'form' does not work on URL at this time. I will get back to you for that in a while, as I need to ask from higher ups if this will be an issue for downtime.

Glad that you found other way to change it to 'www' and make your form work. Perhaps you can share how you did it instead.
