    my form has disappeared due to gateway time-out

    I've inserted my form onto my website using iframes, but it has disappeared from my site and has now got a message 

    504 Gateway Time-outnginx/0.8.55
    are your servers down and will this happen again?

    Hi, please try to re-embed your form and use Iframe method:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code

    Please also check in the code it will have something like:

    http://form.jotformeu.com

    please change it to:

    http://www.jotformeu.com
