I accidentally upgraded my form account on my testing username (rkdad) and I need the paid Silver plan to be moved to the nonprofit I'm setting this up for, their username is shfbmetrolina
Can you please move my paid plan for me? I can verify my account info if needed.
No forms have been created yet so I'm not worried about that

If you change your account name, the subscription will be automatically moved to the new account name.
Unfortunately, we cannot move your paid subscription to shfbmetrolina account name. However, we can process a refund really quickly. If you would like to proceed with the refund option, please let us know.
