Is there a way for people to submit updates to the information they've already submitted? Lets say today my cell phone number is 555-5555 but next week it changes. Can I go in and check a box or something that says "Update my previous information" or something?

You could include an edit submission link in an email autoresponder:

This would allow users to return to their specific submission to update their data.

Yes that worked! Thank you.  Follow up question. What if they lose their email that has the edit link in it?  Can it be resent to them?

Though the email cannot be sent again, the link is specific to the submission number.  You can go back in to your submission data and get the submission ID# and send them a new link.  For example, this is a recent test submission of mine.

The first part will always be the same and the number at the end is the submission ID.
