Can I configure a dynamic textbox to include an "other" option, which allows the user to add text?

Using a Dynamic Textbox widget, I would like the user of the form to be able to state what "Other" is when they choose that option (first level of textbox). Your help is appreciated.

The Widget your are using in your form is Dynamic Dropdowns, using Dynamic Textbox the user can enter the value for each option added.
