We are trying to obtain a file that was uploaded for printing and it is not found.
I've tried viewing others that have been previously uploaded, and those are also unavailable. Hopefully this is simply due to maintenance, however recently we have not been receiving the upload form to our secondary email, so I'm not sure if it is an underlying issue.

I see that your account is over limit with the storage space which is occupying about 225 MB. Please be noted that Free subscription accounts are limited to store only up to 100 MB. It is required to free the storage space from the forms where the files are being uploaded. You'll need to delete the submissions in order to free the storage space and to receive any further submissions.
Please make sure that you have a backup of the submissions before you delete the submissions. Submissions once deleted from the form cannot be retrieved in any way.
