    I have paid $9.95 Twice this month and my forms are down stating that I went over 1,000 and I have not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    I can't get any HUMAN BEINGS on the phone and JOTForm is missing with my business!


    Give me my money back or turn the damn forms back on!

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may caused. Upon checking your account, I found that you already exceeded the submission limit of your Premium account. You already received 1081 submissions. Once you reach your submission limit, the form will be disabled and cease to work. Please wait for the next month when counter resets to zero. You will be notified via email before your forms are about to disabled. Previous submissions will still be saved, when user browses your forms they will something like this:
