    There is no option to select Live in the WorldPay integration

    This problem does not seem to be resolved? I am trying to integrate a live WorldPay account with my jot form but there is no option to select 'live'

     

    Am I wrong?

    There is a Test Mode option in the WorldPay Integration, selecting that to "Disabled" should make the integration live:

    Also, note that there are instructions in the WorldPay wizard. You should follow the steps and make sure to confirm that you've made the adjustments:

    I am aware of the option to enable and disable the Test Mode.
    A test transaction has been accepted by WorldPay but now the payment wizard won't verify the installation.

    I have signed up for Worldpay sandbox account to test it from my end and waiting for a confirmation email. Meanwhile, could you try checking if you are receiving payments when the wizard is completed without verifying after changing the Test Mode to Disabled. Let us know the results so that we'll further investigate the issue.

    Unfortunately, the website address provided is not loading. However, I believe that you are referring to the form titled "Acremead Kennels customer details and payment" in your account. I have tried verifying the account from my account and see that the it is failing from my end as well. 

    Let me run few more tests and get back to you later with relevant information. Thank you for your patience.

    As I check your JotForm I see that the installation ID provided is a 7 digit number. However, when I check the WorldPay documentation, the installation ID is a 6 digit number. It seems that you are using merchant ID. Could you please check if you are using the correct installation number? Please refer to the guide from WorldPay to get the installation ID.

    Please check and change the installation ID in the payment wizard to verify the integration. Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for checking but I can confirm that the Installation ID stated in WorldPay generated emails is a seven digit number.

    I am sorry for the delay, Geoff. I have tried signing up for a Sandbox account. But it seems that it is supported only virtual terminal payments. It looks like that it is required to sign-up for actual WorldPay account in order to test it. I was unable to sign-up since it is not supported in our country.

    However, I have tried testing the test mode payments using your Merchant number. Since the wizard is not verifying the account I have tried changing the Test mode to Yes from the payment field properties.

    I was able to make test payments with this option using test credit card numbers

    So, it should be also working with live payments. As I check your JotForm, I see that the payment is already set to Live (Test Mode disabled) and there are already few submissions received with payments. If you trying to receive payments on any other form, please try disabling the Test mode option from the payment field properties and let us know if it doesn't work.

    I'm also forwarding the issue with verification failure of the account to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
