We are not receiving autoresponder templates

    it does not send the message of the form to my email (Auto Responder) .please help.

    Could you tell us what is the form where this happens?

    Also, I do want to mention that you should be expecting your emails to be received from notification templates. The autoresponders are being sent to the email that is entered into the form into the email field.

    If you did that and used your own email to test it out, once we know the form, we can look into its setup for you and help you set it all up.
